COMING SOONA dynamic and quick paced yoga class, get a good sweat and stretch as we’ll move through 3 different flows together, leading up to a few “peak” postures and finish with restorative stretching.
An energetic and strength based yoga class, we’ll begin warming up with a few yoga flows and introduce the weights with a big “weighted flow” integrating more strength and heat building exercises. Small hand weights are suggested (2lb - 8lb max).
A slow and deep stretch, we’ll warm up with a short/basic flow and then get right into our restorative postures, this is a great class for the end of the day or to stretch out sore/tight muscles.
Have a gym membership but not quite sure what to do with it? Here you can find combinations of specific exercises I’ve put together depending on what you want to focus on; upper body, lower body, and full body. Rewatch the short videos as many times as needed to view form details.

Born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska, I grew up taking dance classes and martial arts daily. Performing on dance teams, and competing in tournaments eventually led me to teach what I loved to others at a young age. I graduated college in Nebraska with a bachelors in dance and found myself making the move out west to LA. After a year of feeling “lost”, I was reconnected with myself in a dark hot yoga room. 5 years later I have found myself reconnecting once more with a new version of myself. I’ve been a yoga instructor for 4 years and a certified personal trainer for 2 years. Nothing makes me more blissful than moving my body; whether that be dancing on my own, practicing yoga with others, or squatting a heavy barbell at the gym.
